Please do not send Social Security numbers, payment-card details, driver's-license images, or other highly sensitive information through ordinary email unless we specifically provide a secure method for doing so.

We do not sell personal information to lead buyers or route quote requests to a lead-auction network. We also do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined by applicable U.S. state privacy laws. Disclosing information to insurers and service providers to obtain or service the coverage you request is not a sale of your information for advertising.

Retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide requested services, maintain insurance and business records, meet insurer and regulatory requirements, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention periods vary according to the type of record and applicable law. A request to delete information may therefore be subject to legal, regulatory, contractual, fraud-prevention, or record keeping exceptions.
